I'm still in the process of picking which airway have a better deal in going to Singapore. Last time, I checked the Cebu Pacific Air, they had good deals. But upon searching for more, I stumble on Tiger airways, which I believe the Carrier of Singapore, and they have lower rates than Cebu Pacific.

 
I should call them both to check their promo. :)
